Wilets Residence by Verdant Enterprises Located adjacent to the picturesque Isle of Hope, this for the Wilets Residence represents Verdant Enterprises' ongoing commitment to quality and creative landscape design. Our task was to redesign the outdoor spaces of this lovely residence. This presented challenges to resolve, including slopes in the yard and a request for sustainable design strategies that suited the coastal environment. In creating a cohesive outdoor oasis, Verde used a mix of native plants and drought-resistant plant material that produces a variety of color throughout the year, while also using less water. The material selection was carefully carried out natural stone walkways that fit the area's coastal beauty and aesthetically pleasing wooden trellises dressed in jasmine and wisteria built upon the home’s architectural appeal. The outdoor living area, with a custom-built patio composed of locally sourced pavers, is a significant focal point of the Wilets Residence , allowing for gatherings outside, while a soothing and aesthetically pleasing water feature was also constructed as an "audible" visual. In addition, the tricky prospect of a viable irrigation system in a sustainable manner was met with grant merit, adding value to efficient water use among health of all kinds of plant material on the property. In all, upon completion, the Wilets Residence has transformed into a luxurious retreat that showcases the area's natural beauty while realizing the homeowners' requests for a sustainable and useful outdoor living area. Verdant Enterprises provided a professional job in portraying the clients' vision for a new home enhancement to their lifestyles, which relied heavily on well-planned craftsmanship.
