Main Line Estate Wallace Landscape Associates is excited to showcase the Main Line Estate, a truly beautiful residential demonstrating the best that landscaping can be. Located in Pennsylvania, we serve clients throughout Centreville, and Chadds Ford and beyond. We welcomed the challenges associated with this larger , especially given the site topography and desire to create a cohesive living area outside. Our firms layered detailed the landscape plan with a variety of native plantings, detailed hardscape, and practical outdoor spaces. We deliberately selected the best materials for the various outdoor spaces including custom stone retaining walls. We also chose high quality, dimensional Pennsylvania bluestone for pathways and patios. Not only do the custom stone walls add aesthetic interest to the property, they help address existing erosion. We achieved our goal of blurring the separation between inside and outside by integrating a beautiful terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining area for entertaining. With sustainability in mind, we included an irrigation system that gets adequate water to the lush gardens with perennials and ornamental grasses that would bloom at different times in the season. While we had to overcome some bad weather and exact grading on the site, the Wallace team persevered to deliver a high quality finish. In the end, the delivered beautiful estate increasing the client's expectations, while complementing the existing landscape around the estate. Once we completed the , the homeowner expressed the pleasure with the entire package, especially our attention to detail with beautiful design and installation, effectively enhancing their new outdoor living space into a peaceful retreat.
