Stone and Brick Garden | Nashville, TN In Nashville, TN, the Stone and Brick Garden completed by Gardens of Babylon Landscapes epitomizes our commitment to landscaping design and execution. Working in the diverse and vibrant communities of Antioch, Belle Meade, Berry Hill, Brentwood, Forest Hills, and the surrounding areas, we were able to turn a relatively plain backyard into a beautiful outdoor space. The had natural and bridging stone and brick paths winding through the garden, surrounded by flower beds, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. For the patio, we handpicked Tennessee fieldstone from local vendors; it serves as a durable, native stone that fits with the rest of the site. The brickwork is not only functional, but it has a classic and timeless appearance in the garden. The uneven site was one challenge we faced; the team was able to smooth and grade the topography of the site to keep all the contours of the existing land while putting the landscape in order to have flower beds tiered, for visual interest and plant an array of perennials. Using enhancements to sustainability, we also installed a water-efficient irrigation system, any way we can limit our consumptions helps keep the gardens healthy and blooming. The end result is a beautiful landscape that integrates hardscape and softscape to create an attractive retreat or space for family, friends, gatherings, or reflection. The client was ecstatic! They thanked us multiple times for creating their vision, and for providing a space they can now reflect on, maybe not so much from social gatherings, but just the personal retreat it had become. The Stone and Brick Garden showcases our dedication to quality workmanship and happy clients, and is another installation we are proud of in Nashville and the surrounding communities.
