Verdant Enterprises/Beverly Bradley Residence The Beverly Bradley Residence in beautiful Isle of Hope reflects Verdant Enterprises' higher expectations on excellence in our landscaping practices. This all-encompassing redefined the outdoors as a beautiful retreat that welcomes and only enhances the natural beauty of the site's landscape. The design consists of a native planting palette thoughtfully designed to thrive and maintain a vivid sense of growth throughout the year in a regional climate, with materials, like locally quarried stone for paths and long-lasting hardwood decking, contributing towards the functional spaces for use, gatherings, and relaxation. The incorporation of an aesthetically delightful water feature adds a functional and soothing sense of ambiance to the garden while acting as a focal point. A primary challenge to the was the grading of the slope of the landscape involved in creating level garden and patio areas, without compromising the site integration. Our skilled team performed the tedious work of balancing elevation changes, nutrients, and drainage into the site limitations to maintain the overall integrity. The finished product is a commanding multi-use outdoor living space, featuring a peaceful garden, a fire pit surrounded by native shrubs, and ample seating area for outdoor dining. The clients thoroughly enjoyed being surprised by the new beauty in their outdoor space and expressed the functionality as enhancements to how they enjoy their outdoor living. The Bradley Residence with Verdant Enterprises not only allowed us demonstrate our landscaping management skills but to use art and landscapes to beautify outdoor living for the residents of Savannah, Skidaway Island, and the Isle of Hope.
