Birnam Wood Golf Club - Montecito Community Bocce Court - Allstate Landscape & Southwest Greens is thrilled to report that the Birnam Wood Golf Club Bocce Court has been completed and is ready for use by the Montecito Community. This exemplifies our commitment to quality design and construction through a focus on attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. It is a meaningful addition to the recreation landscape of the community. Incorporated into the existing vegetated environment, the bocce court is constructed with a premium crushed oyster shell surface that is both visually appealing and provides an excellent playing surface. The court is framed with native drought-tolerant planting in an aesthetically pleasing arrangement, providing an environmentally sound, sustainable option that offers color and texture to the landscape. Benches of natural stone have also been provided to foster conversation and engagement among guests at the bocce court. The elevation of the site was a key challenge requiring skilled grading and drainage solutions to allow proper water drainage while maintaining the integrity of the bocce court. The Allstate Landscape & Southwest Greens team was able to provide an installation without a flaw through advanced landscaping methods and quality materials.
