Jacoby Residence - Brentwood Allstate Landscape & Southwest Greens is excited the Jacoby Residence , a remarkable in the city of Brentwood. This expansive landscaping demonstrates our commitment to quality, creativity, and attention to detail for our valued clients. The consisted of hardscape and softscape elements and included high-end materials, including stone paver, sustainably sourced locally, and a durable composite deck that offers beauty and a lifetime of functionality. We also incorporated an elegant water feature to work as the tranquil center point of the space. When considering the developments of the property, the existing slope required integrated grading in order to achieve the proper drainage and the ideal plant bed locations. Our team addressed the challenges of the pre-existing steep slope and developed tiered gardens; designed for multiple functions, and visual depth in the overall landscape. The plant palette was specifically chosen for the property, featuring plant forms native to the California climate, as well as other drought tolerant species. Not only does this pairing provide color balance year-round, but from a resource perspective, these selections significantly reduce the volume of water required to irrigate the plant palette and are more sustainable. Upon conclusion of the , Jacoby Residence is now an awe inspiring oasis, celebrating beautiful greenery, hardscape structure, as well as a water feature that invites tranquility.
