This demonstrates our commitment to quality, creativity and client satisfaction in the affluent neighborhoods of Alamo Heights, Castle Hills, Windcrest, and beyond. A challenge Casa De Caliza presented to our team was integrating cohesive outdoor spaces that complemented the Mediterranean architecture of the home. We created a landscape filled with native plants, beautiful stone paths and an impressive water feature to promote the natural beauty of the property and enhance eco-stewardship. The locally-sourced limestone used for feature stone construction and other components supports the integrity of the architecture and guarantees lasting durability. The most exciting part of this was the multi-tier garden that provides an attractive feature and usable outdoor living space. Each tier includes a variety of plant material, from fragrant herbs to colorful perennial’s to give the garden a multi-dimensional lush character that is inviting to the guest as well as the family's enjoyment. Not without challenges, our landscape designers had to design grades throughout the terraced area for erosion control in a visually pleasing manner. Through careful design and innovative thinking, we achieved a balance between structure and nature. The centerpoint of the Casa De Caliza is a lovely pond enveloped by custom limestone seating constructed on site. The seating creates a focal point for quiet introspection or social gatherings. Based on the importance of supporting eco-stewardship, our team selected drought resistant plants to save on water use. At the completion of the , the clients expressed delight in the attention to detail and the landscaping's relationship to their home.
