About This Project

Northshore Landscape Design Welcome to Northshore Landscape Design by Artscape Land Design where we transform the appearance of the outdoor spaces for our local customer serving Elmwood, Jefferson, Kenner, Metairie, Metairie Terrace, New Orleans, and River Ridge. It showcases our dedication to high-quality craftsmanship as well as our ingenuity in lawn and hardscape design processes. This was all growing native, climate-compatible plants that can look good throughout the year. We chose a colorful mix of Louisiana irises, azaleas, native ferns and warm hues. Our team also included durable materials like local stone for paths and gathering seating areas, which add natural beauty to the landscape and are typically low maintenance and long-lasting. The site presented many challenges, ly its topography, which sloped gently from northeast to southwest, making it necessary to develop some creative solutions for drainage. We found a great solution with our talented team crafting a series of terraced gardens along the route that were not only functional in mitigating erosion, but also added an element of beauty, depth and variety to the landscape in this area. This was a simple but thoughtful adjustment that not only enhanced the function of the space but provided a beautiful focal point fitting into the existing surroundings. The result is a stunning outdoor retreat that captures the spirit of the client while adding depth and interest to the property. From the charming stone pathways winding through the verdant garden beds to the comfortable seating areas ideal for entertaining, all aspects were carefully designed bring both aesthetic appeal and functionality. The clients were thrilled with the result of both the home and landscape and they appreciated the opportunity to be so connected with nature and the design expertise that Artscape Land Design possesses.
