Reilly Residence - Premium Backyard Putting Green & Bocce Court Allstate Landscape & Southwest Greens prides itself in enhancing outdoor spaces into personal retreats. The Reilly Residence illustrates our quality and innovation. Located within a private neighborhood, this extensive landscaping design includes a premium putting green, and a beautiful bocce court that establishes a wonderful entertainment area for family and friends. The putting green is quite large, composed of premium synthetic turf that has the same lush feel and playability as natural grass, and creates a smooth practice surface. Our installation crew contoured the green and encroached fringe areas to enhance aesthetically, while providing optimal play surface/ers for the family. The bocce court is comprised of premium crushed oyster shell that provides a very durable and pleasant playing surface. The court design included an intentional nod to the surrounding landscaping that features beautifully placed boulders and softscape borders. One of the most notable challenges we faced was the backyard's sloped terrain. Our installing team used strategic grading techniques to establish optimal level surfaces for both the putting green and bocce courts, so regardless of skill level, all players had the best experience possible. We also introduced a high capacity draining system for excess rain water runoff, while protecting recreational surfaces and the landscapes durability. Overall, the outcome is merely extraordinary: an outdoor oasis with the added benefit of added property value that acts as a multi-disciplinary space for recreation and relaxation.
