What the App Does: Investor Property by Falcon Professional Lawn Services Falcon Professional Lawn Services is excited to share the manificent makeover of the 'Investor Property' landscaping in the busy Miami-Dade and Broward county area. We were commissioned to transform the outside of this property to not only make it look lovely, but also increase the value of the property as well - and we delivered! The scope included a full landscape renovation featuring lush native planting that thrives in the South Florida Climate with a focus on water conservation. In order to achieve this tropical oasis, we selected drought-tolerant species including Florida friendly ground covers, bougainvillea and palm trees which have very few water requirements, significantly augments the curb appeal of the home. Our greatest challenge was the existing topography and issues with water sitting in the ground threatening the landscape design. We had qualified people who graded the soil and installed a modern drainage system to avoid water-logging and allow a healthy surrounding for plants. We also incorporated a paver pathway made of local materials to add character and longevity, and direct guests through the well laid out outdoor room. We built a centerpiece in the form of a custom fire pit with stone seating where you can sit for hours at night. The end result was a beautiful environment in every sense, exceeding the level of quality and detail requested by the client. The seamless integration of colours, textures and functional outdoor living spaces create a beautiful haven for the Investor Property.
