Falcon Professional Lawn Services Summer Specials Falcon Professional Lawn Services specialize in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes that reflect our clients' vision. We created our newest , "Summer Specials" for a lively home in southern Miami-Dade extending into Broward County. This entailed a full landscape renovation of both the front and back yards, and was centered around having a green, tropical blooming oasis to be enjoyed during the summer months. We started off with sustainable and low-water-use native Plants that grow well in the Florida climate. Plants like hibiscus, bougainvillea and ornamental grasses were organized to give a colorful, textured look. The property had an extremely uneven terrain which was one of the biggest challenges we faced. The ground had to be leveled and the right drain methods chosen as the summer rains can really hit hard and create pools of water around the shell, so our team did a terrific job on this. We also poured a stone pathway up to a newly built patio, finished with natural flagstone to blend with its surroundings. The patio had a functional aspect that focused on the desired use of the space for gathering and entertaining, yet with an emphasis on relaxation with a built-in out door fireplace, ample seating, and landscape lighting to provide a warm glow in the evenings when entertaining. We also added in a drip system so that the new plants would survive without a lot of wasted water. We were thrilled with the final product, as was our clients who have gone from a shy backyard to a gorgeous backyard oasis ready for Summer BBQs and family gatherings. Colorful, welcoming, and eco-friendly, our Summer Specials created a bright look in the property that proved to be highly valuable.
