Landscapings by Falcon Professional Lawn Services Falcon Professional Lawn Services presents 'Landscapings' , a remodeling that changed the concept of outdoor space in these iconic neighborhoods of Miami-Dade and Broward. The goal for our team was to design a comfortable yet usable landscape that connects the Florida climate to the property. We wanted to set into motion an effort that was sustainable and low-maintenance, so first we carefully designed the layout and then planted it with plants that are native to our area, as these would do best in our climate conditions. This beautiful space featured tropical palms, hot pink bougainvillea, and fragrant gardenias which made for a lush backdrop to relax or enjoy outdoors. The property also had some challenges with the slope of the land, so those with the swimming pool needed to be carefully graded to avoid water pooling inside the pool area. We used high quality materials natural stone pavers for walkways and patios that was durable and added a rustic touch to the lush plant life. Along with the hardscaping features, we combined that with a new efficient irrigation system which would regulate the water but still ensure a green and healthy landscape. Soft lighting features were also included to light pathways and draw attention to elements of the landscape that enhance the space so it feels magical once the sun sets. The end result was a stunning panorama, all while converting the outdoor spaces of our clients into a peaceful retreat. We paid careful attention to detail providing quality workmanship that ensured each component played a part in pleasing both the eye and the senses.
