Deck, Pavilion & Pergola - Furlong, PA Conveniently located within Furlong, PA, PLANT Design Group recently developed a private outdoor living space into a beautiful new outdoor living opportunity; the Deck, Pavilion & Pergola - Bringing together form and function to create an inviting space for relaxation or entertainment! The incorporated a large, multi-level deck constructed with composite materials to ensure durability and low maintenance. In tandem with the deck, a custom pavilion provides cover while maintaining an open-air feel. Cedar was used to build the pavilion, showcasing beautiful woodwork and an aesthetically pleasing roofline that fits within the landscape. The pergola is an exceptionally well designed piece used as a transition between the deck and the existing garden area. Built out of heavy timber and completed with weather resistant stains, the pergola features climbing vines, bringing a natural element and shade to the space. PLANT Design Group encountered challenges during the , including uneven terrain and local zoning codes. But through incredible design and craftsmanship skills, PLANT Design Group created a full ensemble of fixtures and finishes that respected the natural terrain of the land while meeting all zoning codes. The result is a stunning outdoor living space that has exceeded the clients expectations. It will comfortably accommodate summer barbeques or quiet evenings under the stars. PLANT Design Group, through careful design and craftsmanship has created a landscape that is all outdoor living, taking the beauty of the property to a new level while creating an ideal retreat for the homeowners!
