About This Project

Luxury Condo Getaway Our team at Winland's Complete Landscaping Service was recently given the changeling task of transforming a luxury condominium complex into a peaceful getaway that fits with the contemporary architecture. Our goal was to enhance the outdoor living aspects of the condo while being sustainable and attractive. The design incorporated native plants in conjunction with high-quality hardscaping. We used permeable pavers for walks, allowing for drainage while limiting the runoff on-site, and it provided additional visual richness with textures and colors. We created stone seating areas to be gathering spots for residents and foster interaction among them. One of the more significant challenges of the was dealing with gravity on the sloped site. The landscape contractor crafted tiered gardens to improve accessibility and equally accomplished lovely landscapes filled with colorful perennials, ornamental grasses, and evergreen plants for drops of colors throughout the year. The end result was eye-popping, lush greens with soft lines and complicated stonework welcoming residents to enjoy the outdoor space. In summation, we received great feedback from our clients and they were able to see that the met their expectations and original intent of blending the functional aspects and unique design.
