Backyard Remodel for Private Residence in Naperville At CB Conlin Landscapes Inc., we always enjoy turning outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes that cater to a client's vision and use. The Naperville Private Residence Backyard Remodel showcases our dedication to the craftsmanship process and thoughtfulness of design. This complete renovation transformed an outdated back yard into a luxury outdoor living area. The began with a thorough consultation to gather client's desired uses for the space, which included an entertaining area, dense plantings, and tranquil setting. We utilized a classy multi-tier patio system utilizing a high-grade Bluestone paver, which established a tough and beautiful surface. A custom outdoor kitchen with brand new stainless steel grill and granite counter tops was created to extend the entertainment capabilities the home. A beautiful water feature was also incorporated into the design, providing a calming sound of running water. A key challenge of the was working with the slope of the yard. Our team built a series of retaining walls from natural stone to create level planting areas and areas for gathering. This not only addressed the drainage issues, but also provided visual interest, while preserving the character of the landscape. We planted various native plants, including ornamental grasses and flowering shrubs that seasonally provided color and sustainability. The addition of LED landscape lighting highlighted the beauty of the plants and features in the garden while allowing the space to be utilized after sunset. Once complete, the client was delighted with the remodel. The space now serves as a peaceful retreat and an energetic gathering space for the family.
