Patio s by Landscape Concepts of Fairfax, Inc. Landscape Concepts of Fairfax, Inc. is proud to design and execute beautiful spaces outdoors. Our latest ‘Patio s’, showcases our commitment to quality workmanship and creativity in design. The was located in Northern Virginia, working with customers in the area of Alexandria, Annandale, Arlington, and further out from there. The design intentionally included a large paver patio built with durable materials suitable in the outdoor space. We decided to work with permeable pavers to ensure drainage and environmental footprint were kept to a minimum. This design element was important to our client and it was equally important for us to maintain their needs for function and beauty. The patio was designed with natural stone and custom-sized pavers to create a stylish yet rustic feel compatible with the architectural style of their home. As with most design s, a challenge we faced early on was the sloping site. Addressing the site leveling and grading was vital to ensure a solid foundation to carry the patio’s construction. Our amazing staff went to work ready to fulfill this challenge, bringing each element together with care and accuracy so that the end product would not only look fantastic but also stand strong for future years to come. We also included built in seating and planters to ensure the customers would love using their space, excited to be surrounded by nature as they stepped out onto their patio. We used binaural lighting along the border of the patio to create a comfortable feel to use for entertaining or just to sit out under the stars. The final output was beautiful and useful for our clients. They were happy and excited with their space, which had the balance of function and style that made it friendly for gathering and family moments.
