Summary: Walkways by Landscape Concepts of Fairfax, Inc. Landscape Concepts of Fairfax, Inc. is excited to present our most recent , "Walkways," a beautiful revitalization of a residential property in the area of Fairfax. We service communities like Alexandria, Arlington, and Burke, and we wanted to create beautiful and functional routes that fit within the natural landscape. The included the installation of custom, beautiful paths that utilize high-quality and natural stone pavers as our materials, noted for their aesthetic value as well as while standing the test of time. The color scheme of warm colors that was chosen coordinates beautifully with the existing flora, and invites guests to come take a look at the many courtyards filled with lush planting. One of the most difficult tasks during the process was to manage the uneven terrain and different elevations. With that in mind, our staff graded the land to smooth out transitions and incorporated discreet drainage throughout the property to avoid water pooling. The water management is key to ensuring longevity for the pathways and the sustainability of the garden beds. At the end of the , a series of elegant paths were formed to guide guests through the property, each providing beautiful visual travel through the grounds. Greenery and lighting were placed along the way to create a beautiful walkability of the paths at night, and our client was pleased with the result, stating that they were impressed with their craftsmanship and the creativity in the site's design.
