About This Project

'Splash The Day Away' by Land Design Associates, Inc. "Splash The Day Away" is just one of many exquisite landscaping s completed by Land Design Associates, Inc., who have a commitment to creating landscapes that transform outdoor environments into retreats. This was designed to appear native to the surroundings while providing ample opportunity for relaxation and recreation. Central to the is the stunning custom swimming pool, surrounded by stone patios constructed from locally sourced, durable bluestone. The Land Design Associates, Inc. team also dealt with the challenge of varied topography involving grading changes for adequate drainage while maintaining a level area for the pool. We included lush planting palettes of native shrubs and ornamental grasses to create the space’s expansive backdrop, which provides added privacy and supports our native wildlife. Eco-conscious materials are utilized to reduce water usage, while native constraints support low-maintenance upkeep. A beautiful outdoor kitchen was built with granite stone countertops and outdoor grill functionality, encouraging entertaining and gathering for family and friends. We also coordinated and integrated ambient outdoor lighting throughout the space for evening enjoyment outside. The outcome? A breathtaking landscape that fulfilled the client's vision, and exceeded expectation with their enjoyment of their backyard year-round, away from regular family fun to simply relaxing.
