The Wilder Project represents a remarkable transformation of an apartment complex through the collaborative efforts of our team and DRAW Architects. This complete renovation focused on enhancing the community experience by revitalizing key shared spaces, specifically the clubhouse and leasing office. Our goal was to create inviting, functional areas that foster connection and engagement among residents. In the redesign, we carefully selected finishes and furnishings that harmonize with the overall aesthetic while providing durability and comfort. The clubhouse now boasts a stunning custom solid-walnut farm table, supported by a robust steel base, which serves as a focal point for gatherings and social events. Complementing this centerpiece is a built-in custom banquette that offers additional seating and a cozy atmosphere, encouraging residents to relax and socialize. The choice of materials was paramount; we opted for high-quality, sustainable options that not only enhance the visual appeal but also ensure longevity. The reception area features an impressive 14-foot-long custom reception desk, crafted from premium materials that reflect the sophistication of the community. This desk not only serves as a functional element but also sets the tone for a warm and welcoming environment as residents and visitors enter the space. Artwork and decorative accents were thoughtfully curated to infuse the interiors with personality and charm, creating an inviting ambiance that residents can take pride in. The successful completion of The Wilder Project has resulted in a vibrant and stylish living environment that exceeds expectations. The combination of innovative design, meticulous craftsmanship, and attention to detail has transformed the clubhouse and leasing office into spaces that residents will love and cherish.
