Artist: CHIP-N-DALE'S CUSTOM LANDSCAPING Art CHIP-N-DALE'S CUSTOM LANDSCAPING desert-landscaping-in-summerlin CHIP-N-DALE'S CUSTOM LANDSCAPING proudly presents the completion of the 'Art' , which took an ordinary backyard and turned it into an outdoor work of art, in the heart of the fabulous city of Summerlin. This large combined creative poetry with practical landscape-style components in a way that reflected the desired aesthetic for our more discerning client. It all started with a consult, and understanding the client required an outdoor area that would create a peaceful and stunning viewing area. Carefully expressing texture and color with our site materials including locally sourced flagstone pathways, vibrant ornamental grasses, and native drought resistant plants. There is a centerpiece a custom-built pergola out of reclaimed wood to provide shade while also looking neat. A major challenge was the slope of the area, which we cleverly worked with and turned into tiered garden beds which created depth and improved drainage of the area. Everything flows together spectacularly, and our landscape architects helped ensure there was a sense of cohesion to the design; just a great look that is comfortable for entertaining. This culminated in the installation of a calming water feature a soft waterfall and koi pond that became a peaceful escape and contributed to the natural environment of the area. The final product was much better than expected, a magical topography adorned with art and functionality. The feedback from our client was nothing short of elation, as they expressed how this not only beautified their home but also created their own pocket of peace and a family meeting point.
