Dubbed “The Miami Vice House” by locals due to its uninspired appearance, the residence underwent a comprehensive renovation led by Rhodes Architecture, which sought to infuse character and warmth into the home, reflecting the owner's passion for art, color, and contemporary design. At the heart of this renovation was a commitment to harnessing natural light and creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
