Modern Multi-Level Marvel Grounded Landscape Design is thrilled to announce our most recent completed landscaping called the 'Modern Multi-Level Marvel,' located in the beautiful city of Redmond - WA. As with every , it is our responsibility to ensure quality, innovation, and most importantly client satisfaction, through its development. The hardscape multi-level has many unique features; installing breathtaking terraces that directly and seamlessly relate to the natural gradient of the site. Using locally sourced basalt stone, we formed beautiful and strong, multilevel retaining walls to hold each terrace and offer structural support. The upper terrace visualizes a modern outdoor living space, including a linear firepit with custom furniture; this terrace is perfect for entertaining friends and family or enjoying cozy evenings under the stars. The addition of carefully chosen native plantings and shrubs, matched to the Pacific Northwest climate, gives the endless colors and textures throughout the seasons while remaining low maintenance. The landscape pathway, made of permeable pavers, offers efficient drainage while also being stylish and ties together each level in meaningfully functional and aesthetic manner. A major challenge of creating multi-level terraces was the reasonable gradient of the site, which employed seamless engineering in creating a based on safety and accessibility while optimizing usable space; an aesthetic and functional form of balance. The end product is a beautiful landscape that our client could not be more pleased with, providing a multi-functional outdoor space that relates to their lifestyles.
