About This Project

Countryside Escape Landscape Consultants LLC is pleased to introduce the 'Countryside Escape,' a landscaping design transformation that took place in the idyllic heart of Kansas. Our company serves the communities of Bennington, Kipp, New Cambria, Salina, Solomon, McPherson, Ellsworth, Abilene, Minneapolis, and Lindsborg and was up to the challenge, turning a relatively mundane outdoor space into a stunning retreat. The design included a rich assortment of natural stone pathways, native plantings, and a beautiful water feature as the main focal point of the . The walkways were created using local limestone, which not only provided a durable stone, but also complemented the landscape's distant natural beauty. We chose perennial plants and ornamental grasses that are well-suited for the native climate, resulting in color and texture year in round. One of the challenges we faced related to working with a sloped yard space, which turned into an opportunity to provide interesting grading solutions to provide usable outdoor spaces without disturbing the natural flow of the existing landscape. Our team developed retaining walls to serve both functional purposes, as well as maintain a rustic charm. The final product is a fabulous outdoor living space, complete with a custom fire pit and sitting area, for the client to enjoy evenings under the stars. Upon completion, the client was thrilled with the end product and recognized our attention to detail in blending new features with existing surroundings. The 'Countryside Escape' demonstrates Landscape Consultants LLC's standards of quality workmanship, while also providing an exciting retreat that adds enjoyment to the existing beauty in the area.
