The purpose of this landscaping design was more than just aesthetic appeal, it was to create a tranquil outdoor area that would fit with the nature outside and serve the homeowner. We performed a comprehensive site assessment to understand the property topography, soils, what flora is already there, etc. Uneven terrain posed challenges for grading, ensuring drainage, and avoiding erosion. Our expert landscapers perfectly levelled the ground to create the canvas for a beautiful landscape. We used top-notch materials and a range of native flora well-suited for the area that bring pollinators and biodiversity. A wonderfully detailed stone path winds through the garden, using locally sourced flagstone to give depth and warmth. Worn boards, bark mulch, and creosote timber piers mark the trail to a private nook with bespoke timber benches to take in the serenity. Additionally, we introduced a stylish water feature that acts both as a decorative piece and a sound element that fills the space with a soothing sound. Aesthetically pleasing, its plotted greenery through thoughtful choices: annuals and perennials of good colour and texture, colourful perennials, good bloom history, flowering shrubs, evergreen screen or accent creates a visual feast that gives a colour profile that evolves with the seasons while providing a perennial attraction. After months of hard work, we ended up producing a beautiful landscape that exceeded the client's expectations. But the real satisfaction was the happiness in their face when they saw the results. Our Mt. Vernon property we have transformed into a piece of paradise with the craftsmanship of JMR Lawn Services.
