JMR Lawn Services 3More Introducing our newest landscape journey 'JMR Lawn Services 3' conceptualized in the quaint little town of Mt. Vernon by JMR Lawn Services. The final turned a dull, unusable backyard into a beautiful outdoor space that combines beauty and functionality. First, our team evaluated some area-specific challenges such as undulating topography and inadequate drainage. We solved these problems with aggressive grading to create a level base, where we could place high-end sod and a complex drainage system. The consists of a beautiful selection of native plants and native flowers that are both resilient and low maintenance, serving both the sustainability of the garden and its visual appearance. Using natural stone for pathways and decorative boulders, everything emphasizes a flow of high-grade materials throughout the site. A large patio created with durable pavers gives an inviting area to hang out and sip lemonade. A key feature of this are the custom raised garden beds designed to create both visual interest, as well as opportunities for the client to garden and grow fresh herbs. And lastly to help create this beautiful image by night we incorporated subtle lighting to bring out the key elements of the landscape. Our team faced many challenges throughout the , including unexpected weather changes and access to the site. Nevertheless, we managed to pull off a final product that left our client pleasantly surprised, thanks to careful planning and striving for excellence. This particular backyard has undergone something of a transformation; the property looks much less of an eye-sore, but more importantly, the family have a nice, quiet, living-space option to catch-upuse for entertaining or to relax and enjoy nature in.
