Pacific Heights by San Francisco Green Spaces Located in the heart of San Francisco, Pacific Heights is a culmination of exceptional landscaping design and co-existing with its environment, executed by the great team at San Francisco Green Spaces. The Pacific Heights transformed a private residence's garden space by focusing on decorative value and livable space. At the beginning of this , our team was challenged by sloped terrain and various types of soil, which called for a creative response to having the appropriate drainage while maintaining integrity. In the redesign, we used a combination of native California plants and drought-tolerant landscaping materials. Using thoughtfully considered various plans we created a beautiful, sustainable garden space that works with the local climate. Textured granite boulders were used in areas to not only help stabilize the hillside but to showcase its natural beauty. The outcome was a vibrant display of color perennials, grasses, and flowering shrubbery, placed throughout the garden to ensure seasonal appeal. A pathway made of reclaimed wood pavers was provided throughout the garden for discovery and accessibility. A custom-made sitting area was created with sustainably sourced wood that would never be taboo for anyone who would like to take in the stunning views of the city of San Francisco. Our commitment to the was evident in both, paying close attention to of the garden, the plantings, and carefully considering materials to co-exist with the environment. The final result was a beautiful outdoor oasis of a garden that not only enhanced curb appeal but allowed the owners to connect with nature in their new garden.
