DEL MAR LANDSCAPING & HARDSCAPING 1 From BNC Builders Inc. The Del Mar Landscaping and Hardscaping 1 is a previously completed landscape and hardscape transformative from the beautiful coastal community of Del Mar, California where we have focus on quality and design. Covering the greater San Diego area including Escondido, Rancho Santa Fe, La Jolla, etc. this outdoor living space provides a cohesive outdoor experience marrying form with function. Offering a variety of landscaping components, from beautiful native plantings to species-sensitive hardscapes, this was a unique challenge. In keeping with California's water conservation policies, we consciously chose drought-tolerant plants that we hope will flourish in their new surroundings and that celebrate the natural beauty of an area like the Bay Area. A colorful display of the floral was supplemented by good looking natural stone paths where the stones were handmade to give the elegance to the decorative beauty of the garden place but also acted for the reduction of cost in the . This posed a unique challenge in that because the site had such an abrupt grade change from one end to the other several feet we were forced to find innovative ways of designing below grade and creating a solution for drainage. Our talented team designed a layout to solve these problems, plus terraced garden beds to conserve space and add beautiful layers. We also built a few custom seating spaces with locally sourced materials and made sure that the outdoor area ended up being a homelike retreat to enjoy whenever the family gets together or just wants to read a book in a peaceful area. Not much need be said here, the end result is a beautiful coastal landscape, combining hard and softscaping features which left our client smiling. The resulting added functionality and visual appeal to the property, creating a relaxing environment to be enjoyed all year round.
