LA COSTA DECK, PERGOLAS, HARDSCAPING & LANDSCAPING BNC BUILDERS INC Located in the heart of San Diego, this LA COSTA is an example of the artistry that BNC Builders Inc. is so well known for. From an ordinary space, this landscaping has created beautiful outdoor spaces including beautiful decks, specially designed pergolas and ornamental hardscaping features. The site analysis from the beginning helped us combat the existing topography on the site. We opted for premium grade materials including natural stone pavers, composite decking that will last for years and hardwood for the pergolas that is sustainably managed. The larger challenge was to integrate the diverse elements seamlessly with the existing landscape and landform so as not to disrupt the flow of the property. Our experienced craftsmen worked around this by designing the layout and level changes in a way that harmonized the buildings with nature. Native plants offered here accent bluff and greenway landscapes. Sustainable Water Use: Desert dwellers were bred for drought resistance, making sure the landscape can thrive with less water. Soft lighting alongside paths and within the stringy pergolas encourages evening get-togethers and will likely see the space become a hive of activity. Once completed, the client was ecstatic with the results. LA COSTA not only added value to the property, it gave a clean outdoor retreat to relax and entertain.
