The Backyard Patio represents our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. In La Plata, we faced some unique challenges linked to this property being on a slope, and dealing with some existing drainage challenges. To create a unified outdoor living area, the OLCO team constructed a multi-level patio using high-quality, long-lasting pavers that emulated real stone, while utilizing a combination of rich earth tone colors to complement the existing landscape and the already beautiful greenery. A custom-built fire pit was constructed and surrounded with comfortable seating, which became a focal point for family and friends to gather around. A new drain system was also created to eliminate the existing water run off problems; it protects the patio and the surrounding garden from erosion. We incorporated native plants and ornamental grasses to add additional beauty and biodiversity to the space. In the end, it is a beautiful backyard oasis that beautifully marries aesthetics and functionality. Our clients were blown away at how their space had transformed, with the careful attention to detail and beautiful flow from their indoor living space out to their patio.
