Description of the Canby Installation The White Pear LLC, Design & Build is excited to present the Canby Installation, a landscaping renovation to enhance outdoor living situations and blend into the stunning Pacific Northwest landscape. This , located in Canby, showcases The White Pear LLC's vision for quality, creativity, and attention to detail as we work with clients from Aloha, Beaverton, Portland, and surrounding areas. This started with a full consultation process to understand the client's ideas and preferences. Our team encountered challenges, including sloped terrain and drainage issues, which required creative thinking and executions to establish a sustainable landscape. We made the choice to use only quality materials alongside some locally-sourced stone for paths and drought-resistant plants that will thrive in our climate. The Canby Installation's feature piece is the garden which includes multiple tiers of color through a blend of perennials, ornamental grasses, and native shrubs to be enjoyed year-round. We installed a natural stone patio space for enjoying entertaining while surrounded by a vibrant, low-maintenance landscape. We included a custom firepit for a cozy gathering spot and tasteful lights around the to extend outdoor living. During the installation process, our team worked closely with the client to be sure each component was in line with their vision. The outcome is a beautiful outdoor space that combines both aesthetics and function.
