About This Project

Holly at Work - A Transformation by The White Pear LLC, Design & Build Located deep in Aloha, this "Holly at Work" represents the quality and artistry, The White Pear LLC, Design & Build is known for. This landscaping demanded a significant transformation from a typical backyard into what the client requested - a tranquil retreat that is functional and visually beautiful. The design incorporated native Oregon plantings with hardscape materials (e.g., bluestone pavers and decomposed granite pathways) that entice visitors to discover the garden at every turn. We also installed custom cedar planters positioned throughout the new space featuring seasonal blooms for meaningful evidence of life's beauty year-round. One design challenge was working with the topography of the site. Our designers met the challenge of creating a graded site that drained appropriately, while creating an attractive space. The landscapes were sculpted by our crew meeting the designers' proposal. Our crews incorporated terraced planters and a unique water feature that functioned as a centerpiece and soothing sound. The result is an awe-inspiring retreat and exceeded the owner's vision. The Owners were also pleased with the outdoor space proposed for family and friend gatherings. The outdoor fire pit was enveloped by greenery for a remarkable space. We have demonstrated once again our commitment to a finely detailed design, using sustainable materials to create a common space that enriches the landscape and our client's lives. With "Holly at Work," we have captured an excellent engagement for our passion that is Landscape Excellence, and we have served the community of Aloha, Beaverton and beyond living in landscapes that inspire.
