Page Road Residence Page Road Residence by C2 | Studio Landscape Architecture is an on-the-ground example of our commitment to quality design and execution. This combines nature and atmosphere embedded in stunning Fort Collins with practical outdoor living areas. This expansive residence, which features a complex layout, native plant gardens, a complex irrigation system, and a gorgeous flagstone patio designed for outdoor entertaining covering part of the entire property was one of the winners of the Page Road Residence award. We chose sustainable drought-resistant plants for year-round appeal. The use of native grasses, and wildflowers means that we save water while providing a habitat for local wildlife, and this is part of our philosophy of sustainable practices. Some of the challenges of the site, which include its slope, were addressed through creative grading to make functional outdoor spaces less invasive to the site. We used reclaimed wood planks for garden borders and stone from local quarries for retention walls, which created a unique and solid texture to the design. The homeowners are pleased with the final product, a purposeful and pleasant balance. Now, they have an outdoor space that is family-friendly for small community gatherings, cozy nights, and nature hikes while supporting an ecological habitat. Page Road Residence by C2 | Studio Landscape Architecture: a reflection of the firm gaining broader recognition in Fort Collins and beyond through their craftsmanship, creativity and sense of place. This has not only beautified the property but also encouraged the residents to be close to their nature surroundings.
