At Wilson's Natural Landscaping, LLC, we are dedicated to making outdoor spaces beautiful, peaceful, and functional. This backyard in Concord consisted of a complete redesign of a previously unimproved backyard into a lush outdoor landscape. Some of the major features of the were a custom stone patio that included a fire pit for year-round seating. We chose natural stone products that were sourced locally to complement the site. This choice resulted in durable products that would match the aesthetic of the surrounding landscape. The patio was surrounded by perennial gardens planted with native plants, enhancing the landscape while also being a beneficial addition to local ecosystems. One of the issues with training outdoor space is the variation of grading across the site, with drainage being a big concern. Our team proactively took advantage of measures to grade the landscape for drainage improvement across the whole site. This reduced erosion of the existing landscape and built a solid foundation for the hardscaping and garden beds for longevity. We also included a fully customized irrigation system identified by plant type, ensuring the plants will remain healthy for generations to come while even using less water. Another aspect of the is the ambience created by functional site lighting, which highlighted the integration of natural stone pathways and gardens, creating nightly magic once the sun sets. Our client stated that the space exceeded their expectations, as it combined everything they needed, while creating a peaceful and attractive entertainment space to make memories for their family.
