700 Sq Ft Deck - Charleston Creative Outdoor Solutions Charleston Creative Outdoor Solutions has completed an incredible 700 sq ft deck that is warm and inviting, while also making a huge transformation to our client's outdoor space. The deck is located in downtown Charleston and was constructed in a lower sloped yard, which allowed the deck to be both a beautiful place to experience the yard from, while also working functionally on a slope for usability. The deck was constructed with an excellent grade of sustainably sourced Ipe hardwood. It is rich with color and has a durability that fits perfectly with the coastal landscape and climate. The craftmanship of our builders also utilized some turned railings with decorative balusters for style and safety. As a part of the design we included ambient lighting around the perimeter of the deck for warmth while entertaining in the evenings. During the , quality and attention to detail was always at the forefront. The layout of the deck and cost of the were affected logistical and physical challenges regarding the lay of the land and the weather. Our team collaborated with the client after the deck was constructed to ensure we had met all of the requirements of imagining the outdoor retreat they had wanted. The client is very pleased with their new outdoor retreat and how it has created ample space for entertaining and relaxing - enjoying the views they love. They now have a really special deck they can utilize while increasing their overall lifestyle and property value with this done by Charleston Creative Outdoor Solutions.
