Courtyards by California Eco Design, Inc. California Eco Design, Inc. is proud to showcase our latest landscaping 'Courtyards' in the heart of Long Beach, Torrance, Seal Beach and Palos Verdes. Brasileira is a that exemplifies the modern outdoor, combining beautiful and functional spaces for relaxing. Central to the 'Courtyards' is a thoughtful landscape design, with native drought resistant plants specifically selected to survive with less water such as California climate. Beautiful pathways of permeable pavers throughout the landscaping provide an elegant look while serving to allow drainage in a sustainable fashion. Made from repurposed wood, customized-seating zones give places to chill out or converse. The site had an uneven terrain and this was one of the difficulties encountered on the . To ease this we used tiered planting beds with retaining walls in areas that were at the same level as the home; this solved the topography as well as created a sense of layering with structural softness to the entire landscape. Softscape, such as blooming shrubs and grasses, injects seasonal color and texture to the palette. The end result is a symbiotic relationship between nature and design that really thrilled our clients. The 'courtyards' demonstrates that California Eco Design, Inc. builds excellent quality homes utilizing sustainable practices. Everything is designed to integrate, forming a peaceful space for serenity and breathing in the environment. In addition to increasing the value of a property, this becomes a beautiful space families can enjoy, munch on popcorn and watch movies for decades.
