A Colorful Front Yard Update by GLC Lawn & Landscaping LLC At GLC Lawn & Landscaping LLC, we’ve just finished a that made a huge difference to one of our favorite service locations, Belleville. The Colorful Front Yard Update featured several design features that not only enhanced the curb appeal but provided a welcoming feel for the homeowner and their guests. The kicked off with a consultation to discuss the client’s ideas and vision. We then chose a range of colorful perennials including daylilies, coneflowers, and black-eyed Susans to present an inviting and colorful garden. We designed the overall aspect that also made for aspects of structure and interest by including ornamental grasses that added texture and swayed with the breeze. The construction of the various plants and materials was completed around newly installed natural stone pathways to ease the guests through the front yard in a graceful manner. One challenge that we encountered while completing the front yard overhaul was the uneven topographical features. To address this we performed cutting edge grading and `topped it off` with soil amendments to officiate drainage and plant health developments. Our highly skilled landscaping team was able to level areas and a premium irrigation system was installed to guarantee that each plant or area received a well-controlled amount of water throughout the growing seasons. In addition to the plant updates, we transformed the existing entry into the house by originally designing a custom-built arbor and mounted colorful climbing vines. The arbor provided a compelling focus that was softened and tied together with the total layout. After the installment of the decorative outdoor and landscape lighting features, the new improvements to the front yard displayed beautifully through the evening hours after sunset. In conclusion, the end result of the Colorful Front Yard Update was stunning. The homeowner was excited their new outdoor life-space. Their front yard lifestyle reflects the high end finishing of their home's appearance as well as a fresh landscaped space induced for lushness, comfort and gatherings.
