About This Project

The Dining Room Spruce Up project beautifully transformed a previously drab and uninspiring space into a stunning focal point of the home. Upon entering the residence, the dining room is immediately visible, making it essential for this area to leave a lasting impression on guests. Our clients expressed their frustration with the cluttered and outdated appearance that failed to reflect their desire for an inviting atmosphere suitable for entertaining. They yearned for a fresh, cohesive design that could harmonize with the existing navy blue accents found in other areas of the home. To achieve this, we selected Hale Navy by Sherwin Williams for the walls, creating a bold yet elegant backdrop that sets a sophisticated tone. By reusing the clients’ existing dining table, chairs, and buffet, we not only honored their sentimental value but also focused on enhancing the overall design without incurring excessive costs. The addition of a vibrant floral arrangement brought life to the space, while a carefully chosen mirror added depth and reflected light, contributing to an airy feel. To further elevate the ambiance, we selected a stunning area rug that ties together the color scheme, infusing warmth and comfort underfoot. Custom roller shades were installed for both style and functionality, allowing for privacy while still inviting natural light into the room. The final touch was the inclusion of two large white ginger jars as the table centerpiece, providing a striking contrast against the navy backdrop and enhancing the overall aesthetic. The result of this comprehensive design approach is a dining room that not only meets the clients' needs for a welcoming entertaining space but also radiates beauty and pride. The transformation has been met with enthusiasm, and our clients are thrilled to showcase their newly spruced-up dining room to friends and family, making it a true centerpiece of their home.
