About This Project

EMERY 2023 The EMERY 2023 , completed by Glacier View Landscape & Design, Inc., is one of many high-quality landscaping solutions we offer alongside the communities of Dacono, Erie, Firestone, Frederick, Lafayette, Longmont, Mead, Niwot, Boulder, Louisville, Superior, Westminster, Thornton, and Broomfield. We turned a huge boring suburban yard into a beautiful Outdoor living space that complimented the natural beauty of the land. We designed a multi-tiered garden with a variety of native plants that increase both the beauty and biodiversity of the local ecosystem. We used fine, sustainable materials for the stone houses and works, among others, with local quarry stone used for the retaining walls and walkways, so they last a long time and blend well with the environment. One of the major challenges we had was working on the slope, that required some creative grading to create flat areas to plant while still draining well. The solution, designed by our talented team, was terraced beds, which both cured the drainage issues and enhanced the beauty and utility of the site. The end product is stunning displays of colorful mixes of perennials and ornamental grasses, welcoming pathways, and an intimate firepit area for gatherings. A warm glow is not only inviting at night, but the strategic placement of lighting enhances the beauty in the garden.
