Inspired by a partial build, this complete overhaul featured a mix of new-age style with added outdoor usability for a family that appreciate art and comfort. It all began with a thorough consultation, where our design team worked hand-in-hand with the Miller family to record their ideas. highlights included the installation of a beautiful multi-level natural stone patio made from quality stones to ensure durability and looks. Even native vegetation can be integrated into the patio with a high-sought selection of local plants with minimum care & nature adaptability. The property had a slope so that's one of the main issues. The boulders were all local and placed to create visually appealing retaining walls that not only add beauty to the space, they also support the garden beds above. Our talented crew built retaining walls to help balance both aesthetics and utility. This creative solution opened up a significant portion of outdoor space for use, while still allowing appropriate drainage and stability for the area. We also included a state-of-the-art irrigation system that was adapted to thrive the green space whilst conserving every drop of water it can. Pathway lighting that runs on solar power was a nice touch as well, lighting up the outdoor areas to be enjoyed at night. The end product became the perfect mix of beauty and practicality as the Millers were thrilled with the outcome. They have a peaceful outdoor oasis in the center of their home ideal for family functions and a peaceful evening as well. The result is a facelift that makes the property more beautiful from the curb in addition to a welcoming space that exemplifies Colorado-style living in 'MILLER 2023'.
