Sited within a lively neighborhood in Summerlin South, this residence was carefully designed as an oasis in the city. Zen Garden a carefully curated collection of natural materials, smooth river stones, refreshing water features, drought- tolerant plantings The materials used were sourced for quality granite boulders sourced locally for the dry riverbed, bamboo sourced from a higher-end supplier for the fencing. It features stepping stones leading visitors into the garden here and there, which allows for contemplation. The most challenging thing we had to deal with was the topography of the property. This area was perfectly leveled and graded by our talented crew to create a smooth transition that adds to the meditative quality of the garden. We also used a sustainable irrigation system to provide this varied planting with water as needed while ensuring that you do not need to waste this resourceparticularly handy in the desert atmosphere of Las Vegas! The outcome is a stunning Zen Garden the client loves and functions as a tranquil retreat. The soothing sound of water trickling from the koi pond and the gentle rustling of bamboo leaves provide a refreshing break for getting lost in thought or relaxing. The adds both value to the property and a sustainable retreat to be enjoyed with the family and guests.
