Fireplace / Solana Beach The fireplace of Solitaire Beach from Exterior Designs Landscape is truly another pearl of quality and innovation that we are manufacturing. In this , a custom outdoor fireplace blurs the line between hardscape and landscape, ushering in the beauty of nature while maintaining the need for a beautiful area for relaxation and entertainment. Fireplace designed using natural stone and made with high grade materials isurn / or sealed to give long life and shine With a weathered stone exterior and clean, modern firebox, this design acts as a warm and inviting centerpiece for family and friend get-togethers. We also embedded a variety of native plants, well adapted to life near the coast, to provide color and texture in the surrounding landscape. Besides providing a contrast in color and texture, a pairing of drought-hardy skulls and blooming perennials can also contribute to the local natural world. Also, the intentionally chosen plants are lower maintenance something our busy clients are thrilled ! The real estate job was not always so easy for example, the property did not all have the same contour. To conquer this, our talented team used creative grading techniques and strategically placed stone pathways that invite guests to walk to and then walk around the firepit, all while still keeping the land as close to its natural state as possible, and maintaining room to walk there. The end product is an amazing outdoor oasis with a gathering fireplace as the centerpiece amongst thriving blossoms and calming outdoor places to sit. The client was over the moon with the end result, and described how they now had a beautiful space to enjoy evening fires, and weekend BBQs.
