'Front & Backyard' by DSTscaping and RLC Construction Located in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area, the 'Front & Backyard' was successfully completed by both DSTscaping and RLC Construction. This remarkable transformation is a testament to quality craftsmanship and creative landscaping design. Serving clients across Dublin, Fremont, Hayward, and beyond. Our teams took on the challenge of reinvigorating this residential property with a transformation that improved both curb appeal and outdoor living space. For the front yard, we realized a modest rebuild of the entire front yard, filled with a combination of drought-resistant plants, and tasteful hardscaping. Our builders used locally sourced pavers to create a welcoming front pathway that flowed to a well-designed entryway. Soft landscape lighting was used to accent the entryway for an inviting appearance in the nighttime. The expert team at our landscape architecture firm selected as many native plants as possible that thrived in the local climate, maximizing visual effect and minimizing maintenance. The backyard was a challenge due to the uneven grade. Our landscape architects skillfully leveled the yard to create more defined use areas for relaxation and entertainment. We built a gorgeous custom pergola that offered ample shade and comfort for a picnic table to share meals with family. A luxury outdoor kitchen was added with built-in appliances surrounded by lush plants offering privacy and serenity. The result is a well-planned combination of aesthetics and function. Every detail has been designed with purpose to complete the existing home in a way that is cohesive. Our client loved the transformation and cooperated with us through the process; they were especially pleased with the seamless movement of indoor and outdoor living.
