Hillsboro West End | Nashville, TN Completed by: Gardens of Babylon Landscapes Tucked away in Nashville, TN's Hillsboro West End area, this recent by Gardens of Babylon Landscapes highlights the quality and creativity we strive to deliver with every landscaping . This made a private residence feel like an oasis, improving curb appeal and providing an environment for relaxation outdoors. Our primary features of the focused on a native plant garden which will bloom 12 months of the year, with colors and blooms profusely from perennials and ornamental grasses for local pollinators. We also used stone that is locally sourced to build the durable retaining walls and walkways around the garden and pathways. A custom firepit area with seating walls in place, surrounded by integrated plantings; made a great space for social gatherings. Finally, we built a classic irrigation setup to help keep the plants healthy for the long term throughout the . Given that the entire property sloped in certain areas, we had to be clever the grading to reduce washout and properly drain the water naturally from the landscape. The Gardens of Babylon team did this by terracing sections of the gardens and varying the plant height and positioning throughout the sloped areas of the to stabilize the soil, while also providing sufficient color with an interesting aesthetic. In the end, the resulted in a spectacular one that is both beautiful and functional. We love to overlook a that delights our clients and enhances their outdoor living space. Not only did the display Gardens of Babylon's talents in landscape design, but it also showcased our commitment to sustainable landscaping and caring for our clients.
