Suburban Makeover by Zach's Lawn & Landscaping This 'Suburban Makeover' endeavor was an exciting for Zach's Lawn & Landscaping that, quite literally, transformed outdoor living in the heart of Fairway! Our team was able to create a stunning oasis that incorporates the homeowner's goals and preferences with the challenges and aesthetics of Colorado suburban landscape. The incorporated a beautiful, multi-tiered garden of vibrant perennials and native plants that provide year-round color and diversifying habitat. We installed locally sourced stone to create a patio and pathway that speaks to both function and beauty in outdoor spaces. Finally, we added a custom-built firepit with seating flexibility that invites family and friends for years of gathering. A major consideration in this was the drainage on the site. Our landscaping experts came on-site and created innovative drainage solutions that alleviate pooling, while improving the health of the garden. We utilized rain gardens and bioswales to positively move water off-site while creating a more sustainable ecosystem. In the end, the was a beautiful balance of function and form with impeccable detail. Quality craftsmanship and satisfactory customer service was present in every step, from initial design to final plant selections. The homeowners are enjoying their new, tranquil getaway that compliments their lifestyle while also representing suburban living.
