Toscana Residence by Quality Green Landscaping Located in the heart of Coachella Valley, Toscana Residence demonstrates Quality Green Landscaping’s commitment to quality landscapes through creative design. Completed in a desirable section of Indian Wells, this beautiful showcased a seamless harmony of nature and modern function. Initially, our team was tasked with converting a large, blank lot into a lively outdoor experience that matched well with the ’s Mediterranean style architecture. We purposely created unique areas including a luscious garden retreat, an outdoor liveable area, and a swim-scape pool space with desert accent plantings. By utilizing drought tolerant native plant species and high-quality materials, we designed a sustainable landscape fitting for the area’s dry climate. The use of desert plant species such as agave, succulent plants, and ornamental grasses not only looked great, but also encouraged low water use. The carefully selected flagstone pathways made from local stone provides a gentle transition inviting people to move through the spaces. One of the most distinct features of the captures all of these characteristics wellthe custom-built gazebo made from reclaimed wood. This structure became a statement piece creating an inviting area to host family and friends. The careful placement of accent lighting and strategically lit palm trees throughout the outdoor areas created a magical environment at night, turning the Toscana Residence into a night oasis. Quality Green Landscaping met challenges that came from rocky substrates and poor access to the job site through many creative solutions and dedicated team work. The attention to detail brought each aspect of the design to meet and exceed the goals set by the clients. The design convinced of landscape improved the overall aesthetic of the Toscana Residence, while providing a wonderful outdoor retreat that reflects the character of the desert region. The clients expressed their joy in seeing how far the came from the plan, the seamless spreading of the natural components, and engagement through the intended aspects of their new exterior spaces.
