This entire redesigned an average backyard, into an oasis, a beautiful, functional space combined into one. Its design has a unique floor plan featuring a custom stone patio for family and friends to congregate on. A lovely Flagstone patio built with locally sourced stone, sturdy, and complimentary of the surrounding environment. Drought-resistant plants that provide color and texture are specifically chosen for the property and include colorful succulents and native plants that are low-maintenance but flourish throughout our region's climate. This has one of the best features, which is a water feature installed with a calm touch. Your attention is towards a showing pond, having a shaky water spring! To solve this issue, careful planning and implementation was made to assure drain and water flow with some challenges on slanting area covered at first. Our team made sure that pond gives good visuals and also provides home to local wildlife to create a better natural balance on the property. Finally, ambient lighting was added throughout the hardscaping to accentuate the best features of the landscape while also providing night-time safety and security. LED fixtures also kept the Konchar Residence beautiful during evening hours, where low-energy usage was designed into the model and was expected to be standard for this way of living. With a tight timeframe, and established infrastructure to work around, the team at McCabe's Nursery & Landscape Construction stepped in to deliver a spectacular landscape even better than what the client had envisioned. The end result is a marriage of form and function, elevating the Konchar Residence to a crowning jewel within the community.
