Charlotte Lighting and Hardscape by SecureTurf - Charlotte Landscaping Experts Situated within the heart of the Carolinas, the Charlotte Lighting and Hardscape is an example of SecureTurf's objective to enhance outdoor living spaces into beautiful retreats. Our was located in areas including Matthews, Mint Hill, and Fort Mill. The property was a residential home that wanted an upgraded, aesthetic focus on outdoor living. The involved an interesting mixture of hardscapes and landscape elements, including a great natural stone patio with built-in seating, and a meandering path flanked by lush plant material throughout the property. The undertaking utilized premium quality installation materials including locally sourced flagstone and high-durability pavers that not only looked amazing but would also stand the test of time. One feature we strongly recommend as part of the scope is an illumination to the site with custom lighting installed. We installed integrated lighting with emerging technology LED fixtures to the landscape lighting that also lit the paths and highlighted garden at night. Enhanced lighting not only added beauty to the property after sundown, but also added safety and security for the homeowners and guests on the property. Challenges to the parcel were that it sloped away from the house. We also encountered existing drainage issues. Our talented team redesigned a tiered landscape that resolved the drainage issues while providing planting depth and dimension to the feature lawn and landscape. Smart grading and carefully placed garden walls made for easy navigation from the hardscapes to the flourishing landscape that was delivered. The reveal of the final was a beautiful outdoor space that our esteemed clients could enjoy entertaining family and friends, or simply relaxing outdoors. The illumination, stylish hardscaping, and vibrant plant life created a beautiful landscape for the Charlotte Lighting and Hardscape .
