Noticeably, we were able to level the yard for a safe and fun trampoline area that was surrounded with beautiful and resilient landscaping. We planned not only the function, but the aesthetics. We used high-quality materials, including durable and weather-resistant artificial turf around the trampoline, that provided soft landings and looked vibrant green in every season. We added to the aesthetic of the backyard with the integration of native, functional plants, including ornamental grasses, and colorful perennials. These plants received a lot of attention in planning because they were low-maintenance and provided minimum to low maintenance throughout the year; especially in the fall and winter months. The new design also added a winding gravel path, although not extensive, gave the entire area much more aesthetics and guided family and visitors alike through the gardens and connecting between the trampoline area and family gathering ‘patio’ space. The backyard design also provided a solution to water drainage. We installed the necessary drainage to ensure that the trampoline would be useable even in all weather conditions. The design of the backyard provided not only a blend of play and relaxation, but balanced greenery and open space. The thrilled client now enjoys an outdoor living space that successfully blends family fun and relaxation. They now have a place outdoors to play or retreat to.
