Complete Relaxation is a that gracefully combines softscaping and hardscaping for serenity and beauty. We reveled in the skillful use of lush native plant life that gives a colorful canvas the thrives throughout the seasons. This selection of ornamental grasses and flowering shrubs was selected not only for their beauty but also for their minimal maintenance so that the homeowner can enjoy them for many years. It was important that this had an outdoor element as well, which we incorporated with a custom water feature as the focal point of the . The sound of running water trickling down the natural stone is a delight to the senses. We built a flagstone patio around the water feature using a dry fitted flagstone so as to have a nice tranisition from garden to a seating area. It sets the stage for family days, quiet moments, and intimate gathering, hugging the surrounding landscape in the glow of purposefully placed landscape lighting to bring the beauty of the space to life at night. As the ground was sloped, the sloping terrain posed a big challenge here. A series of terraced levels were achieved by utilizing retaining walls from natural materials that also acted to provide an attractive façade, enhance drainage and create stability. By taking this consideration, the landscaping was then able to thrive in its own right against the natural adversity of the site. The end product is an incredible outdoor refuge that the client could only have dreamed . The entire space encapsulates the essence of calmness with each aspect delicately designed in a way to encourage calmness and pleasure. The client was over the moon stating that they now have their own backyard oasis to come home to and decompress after a long day.
