Designs & Drawings by Thompson's Landscaping Thompson's Landscaping is excited to introduce the Designs & Drawings , a glorious makeover of outdoor spaces all over Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, Oak Ridge North, Pinehurst, Shenandoah, Spring, The Woodlands and Tomball. Our incredible team worked closely with the homeowner to devise a custom landscape design, that complemented the natural splendor of the environment and the Texas surroundings. This included a rich assortment of native plants, ornamental grasses and blooming shrubs that provided a visually beautiful, lower maintenance landscape. The owner used high-grade stone gathered locally for pavement and decorative boulders within the landscape. One of the main obstacles we had to work around was the landscape of the owner's lot and some displacement of land placed elsewhere around the property. Our wonderful team successfully addressed this challenge by building terraced gardens and retaining walls, which provided visual interest and preserved drainage in those areas and sustained the soil. It came out beautiful. The bright colors of plantings and the angles of the plants and hardscapes provided tranquility and a peaceful environment. The homeowner was pleased with the design and the mixture of practical use of the location along with aesthetic appeal. The backyard became an ideal setting for relaxing in peace alone or with the family as an outdoor entertaining space.
